Thank you for buying your Weekend or Day pass to PoleCon: West!

The main website can be a bit overwhelming. Here are the key facts to know before you go and for when you arrive.

*this page last updated November 1, 2024*

Arriving at PoleCon

All PoleCon areas (stage, vendors, and workshops) are on the 4th Floor in the Centennial Ballrooms A-E, the Centennial Foyer, and the two rooms marked Silver A&B (see map below). Follow signs for Centennial Ballroom throughout the hotel.

PoleCon registration is inside the Centennial Ballroom All PoleCon events are in the areas marked in the red box on the map below.

PoleCon is sharing space with another event on this same floor. There are several events throughout the hotel unrelated to PoleCon.

Everyone checks by the name you used to purchase your ticket (does not have to be your legal name) at PoleCon registration and receives a plastic wristband.

NEW! This year, we’re expanding our check in options for PoleCon and PoleCon: West!

Yes, you can still check in by name.
>> Now, you can also check in by barcode which will make registration and getting your wrist band a little faster! [OPTIONAL]
How to check in by barcode at PoleCon or PoleCon: West
1. Download the free WellnessLiving Achieve App on your mobile phone from your App Store.
2. Sign into the WellnessLiving Achieve app using the account you used to purchase your Weekend or Day pass.
3. Go to “More” in your app. You should see your photo and a barcode.
4. In person, at PoleCon or PoleCon: West, scan your barcode using the barcode scanner at the PoleCon registration desk. You’ll receive your wrist band after successfully scanning your barcode.

Video (shown on an iPhone) for how to find your barcode in the app.

Please keep wrist band on for the entirety of your stay at PoleCon (Weekend or Day). If you intentionally remove it, you could be subject to a $100 fine. If the wristband breaks, please bring back the pieces to PoleCon registration.

Showcase only ticket holders enter through the main PoleCon entrance in the Centennial Ballroom.

Food

Lunch is included Saturday.
Breakfast is included Sunday.

All meals are “grab and go.”

These are the only meals included in your Weekend pass. Day passes have only the meal that day (Saturday pass = Saturday lunch).

There are some food options in the hotel and many in walking distance.

Menu for the included meals will be available 1-month before event. There is a vegan and gluten free option.

There is a cash bar Friday night for those 21 and over in the PoleCon showcase area.

Dress Code

Many people wear fitness attire such as a tank top and leggings over any pole wear.

You *must* wear an appropriate amount of clothing (what you would wear to a mall or other public space) when in the foyer, in between workshop rooms, the PoleCon foyer (marked on the map as “Centennial Ballroom Foyer”), and any other public part of the hotel as there will be other non-pole groups sharing the space.
