1. We’re so excited to have you teach at PoleCon 2026 this year! Can you tell us a little more about what you’re teaching?
I am super excited too! After performing last year at PoleCon West, I’m most looking forward to connecting with everyone and soaking up the incredible energy. I’ll be teaching Hair, Hips, and Heels, a workshop designed to fuse together all those “flares and flavors.” We’ll be diving into hair whips, hip movements, and different heels technique. My goal isn’t just to teach you a routine to a single song; I want to give you a “movement toolkit” so you can mix, match, and customize these sequences to find your own unique flow!
2. Is there something that defines your style of teaching or your content that is unique to you?
Providing variations that work for different students, depending on their movement styles, flexibility and strength levels, and the parts of bodies they want to emphasize has always been a focus of mine when I teach either a heels class or a tricks class. I truly believe that there is not a ‘right way’ to do things, especially when it comes to pole dancing and expression. I like observing students, seeing what transitions they are stumbling into during class, sharing with the rest of the class and offering lots of options people can try!
3. What is the one thing you want your students to leave with after taking your workshop?
Knowing enough to start flowing, but not too much that restricts your creativity and spontaneity!
4. What are you most excited about for PoleCon 2026?
Hmmm… eating some Maryland crabs?? I’ve only been to Maryland one time and it was in December, so I am excited to indulge.
5. Anything else you want to share with PoleCon attendees?
I am a studio owner and love checking out different studios all over the world!! If you have a studio that you have been to that you think I must check out let me know! and tell me more about it!
