Interview with New PoleCon Instructor: Pole Rage

We are sitting down to talk to our new instructors for PoleCon 2026! Learn more about them and then click here to purchase their workshop

1. We’re so excited to have you teach at PoleCon 2026 this year! Can you tell us a little more about what you’re teaching?

Image of Pole Rage, pole dance instructor I’m so excited to be teaching at PoleCon 2026. I’ll be teaching Pole Conditioning in Disguise – A Pole Flow Workout, a high-energy, music-driven session for anyone who wants to get stronger on the pole without it feeling like a traditional conditioning class.

Pole conditioning and helping people feel strong, confident, and capable sit at the core of what I do. This workshop blends structured strength work with dance-inspired flow, set to well-known songs and varied beats that keep the momentum high.

The class is beginner–intermediate level with no inversions required. We’ll move through a choreographed sequence that weaves conditioning-focused movements into continuous flow, challenging the upper body, core, and lower body while staying connected to the pole and the music.

Students will feel like they’ve danced, not done a workout and only afterwards realise how much strength they’ve actually built. It’s sneaky, effective, and translates directly into better endurance, and confidence on the pole.

2. Is there something that defines your style of teaching or your content that is unique to you?

What defines my teaching, and the foundation of Pole Rage, is that I make strength feel fun and purposeful.

I’m intentional about building real, transferable strength for pole, but I don’t believe it has to feel rigid or repetitive. I layer conditioning into movement, music, and flow so students are training with purpose while still enjoying the experience.

There’s always structure underneath what I teach, but on the surface it feels energising, immersive, and accessible. I want people to leave feeling like they’ve worked hard, learned something new, and genuinely enjoyed the process.

3. What is the one thing you want your students to leave with after taking your workshop?

I want students to leave buzzing, with that post-class feeling where they know they’ve worked hard but it didn’t feel like traditional pole conditioning.

Most people expect pole conditioning to be boring. I love proving that it doesn’t have to be.

If a student walks away thinking, “Wait… that was conditioning?” and feels stronger and more confident on the pole because of it, that’s everything.

4. What are you most excited about for PoleCon 2026?

Honestly, the people and sharing my vision for Pole Rage.

PoleCon is one of the few places where every corner of the pole world comes together. Different styles, backgrounds, and approaches all in the same space. I love that mix.

I’m looking forward to meeting other polers, learning from different styles, and sharing my approach to pole conditioning in a space where the sport is celebrated from every angle.

5. Anything else you want to share with PoleCon attendees?

Come as you are.

You don’t need to be a flow dancer, a conditioning lover, or someone who feels “advanced enough.” If you’re curious about moving with intention, building strength without pressure, having fun, and staying connected to the joy of pole, this class is for you.

And please come say hi. I genuinely love meeting people in person after sharing so much of this journey online.
