I take this straight in warm water after my workout.  It will take about two weeks before you notice results. 3. Prenatal Vitamins by doctor’s prescription.

Physician prescribed vitamins have no filler unlike those from the stores.  I take one daily and notice a distinct difference when I stop. They have kept me healthy during the Pandemic. Be sure to ask your doctor though.

Juice and drink it fresh daily if you can. The bromelains in juicing a half of pineapple daily have tons of benefits: an immune booster andinflammation fighter. It helps to detoxify the body and mind. It’s incredibly great for vision. This heart-healthy drink regulates blood pressure. It is cancer protective. Plus, it strengthens your gums, not to mention the fact that it’s loaded with minerals and vitamins.  Shhh don’t tell: It bolsters your libido! Though I prefer fresh juice, I always have a couple of cans on hand.

6. 100% Gold Standard Whey Protein.

Many fitness coaches recommend a whey protein after a workout.  I take this one because it’s the best price at Costco at $49 a bag, which lasts 80 days.  I lost 50 pounds of fat while preserving muscle thanks lifting weights and drinking whey afterwards. It reduces hunger and significantly bolsters your immunity.

7. A ripe banana a day

…is a great source of B-6.   It produces red blood cells, metabolizes carbs and fats. Manganese in bananas is good for your skin while the potassium is good for your heart and lowers blood pressure.  Bananas contain sucrose, fructose and glucose – giving you a fat and cholesterol-free source of energy.

8. Handful of cashews

…in the evening especially if you’re feeling achy.  Cashews are low in sugar and rich in fiber, heart-healthy fats, and plant protein.
